I am so glad to see you here in the forum. Please keep posting whenever you have any questions.
As for your question, I do not think it is possible to complete the Professor Monty B1 course in a week. It is 31 units long. If you really work hard and do a unit per day, it may be possible to finish it in a month if you are pressed for time.
